Congrats! You booked the job! Let’s learn about what goes into working with a job in the final three stages.

We’ll cover some of the basics, including Sales Orders, Editing Invoices and Revising Orders, Importing OrdersFinancials, and the Client Portal.

After you’ve got that down, we’ll cover the more advanced tools like Workflow, Automations, and Administration.

The Basics

A job is a lead that has been booked.

When working with your clients in Táve, they will always be attached to a job. As we learned from the Leads page, all jobs start as leads before you book them. We book them by sending them a quote or invoice which could also include a questionnaire or contract and receiving payment.

There are a number of things you can do while working with a job. You can create additional sales orders, send another questionnaire, and manage all of the tasks associated with getting the job all the way through to the completed stage.

Quick Tip: The new lead worksheet we used when we first created the lead is now the job worksheet and can be edited at any time from the job overview page.

  • Stage 1: Lead

The first of four stages of a job. You haven’t yet turned the lead into a job.

  • Stage 2: Booked

The second stage of a job. The client is officially booked but it is still before the primary job date or session.

  • Stage 3: Fulfillment

The third stage of a job. This is after you’ve completed the primary session. The fulfillment stage is when you deliver the goods or services you provide.

  • Stage 4: Completed

The final stage of a job. All tasks are complete and balances paid in full.
